To place your ad in the Masterpiece, click on the FREE tile of your choice or enter the necessary information on the Get a Tile page with your 50x50 pixel image, text description, and website link. Once I approve your image, description, and link, (usually in less than 48 hours) it will appear in the mosaic.

2. How much does it cost to post an image?
Zip, zero, nada, nothing... that is for the FREE tiles (as indicated by the description that pops up when you hover over them). If no FREE tiles are left or you want somebody else's tile space, you may bid against the current tile holder to get it. Bidding starts at the minimum price shown in the tile's pop-up description.

3. Why should I bid on an occupied tile when I can get a blank one for free?
As long as FREE tiles are available, it probably wouldn't benefit you much. But, you might pay for a tile if the only FREE tiles left are in a location you don't like, for example, "below the fold" where you have to scroll down to see them. Once all the FREE tiles are gone, well, I guess you wouldn't be asking this question.

4. Why should I pay for a tile that someone else got for free?
The FREE tiles will only be available while the Dynamic Masterpiece is initially gaining popularity. So those who get the FREE tiles first (while traffic is low) have the advantage. Once the FREE tiles are gone traffic to the site will be significant. The increase in traffic will boost demand for tiles, which in turn will drive up their value; that is, they'll be worth a lot more than free.

5. How many FREE tiles can I get?
You are allowed one FREE tile. You may purchase additional tiles, however, for $25 each. Go to the Contact Me page to request details.

6. How do I buy an occupied tile?
First find out the tile number by hovering your mouse pointer over the tile you want. Then go to the Get a Tile page, enter the necessary information and click the Submit button. After approving your submission, I will email you and the tile holder a link to the auction for that tile. Once you win the bidding and deliver payment I will post your image with description and link.

7. What are the Terms and Conditions?
The Terms and Conditions for submitting an image, description, and link to be posted in the Dynamic Masterpiece are as follows:

1. Each purchase is for a tile 50x50 pixels on the Dynamic Masterpiece Home page to post an image with description and link to the website of your choice.
2. To be published, the image, description, and linked website must be free obscene, offensive, or pornographic material. I determine what is/is not appropriate material for the Dynamic Masterpiece site. If you submit an inappropriate image, text link and/or linked website, I will give you the opportunity to make any necessary changes. If you do not make the changes, I will refund the price (if any) of the tile you purchased.
3. Once your image and website submissions are accepted you cannot get a refund (refers to non-FREE tiles).
4. If your image and website are accepted and later the content of the linked website changes to include inappropriate material, I will remove your image from the Home page, your text link from the Tile List page, and you shall receive no refund.
5. You may revise the image, description, and/or link after making your initial submission at a cost of $25 per occurance. This revision fee is subject to change. Please make sure, however, that your initial submission is exactly as you want it to avoid unnecessary revision fees.
6. You may have your image and/or link removed from the Dynamic Masterpiece site at any time for whatever reason, but you shall receive no refund.
7. Submission requirements:
   1. Image must be in GIF, JPEG, or PNG (without transparency) file format.
   2. Image must be static, i.e., not animated.
   3. Image must have exact dimensions of 50x50 pixels.
8. You must be authorized to submit the image and website link. The submission must not violate copyright or infringe on any other property rights.
9. FREE tiles are available on a first come, first served basis.
10. Except for FREE tiles, full price of tile purchased must be received and verified before publication of any submission.
11. Minimum tile price for non-FREE tiles is subject to change.
12. Maintenance of the Dynamic Masterpiece website may cause occassional downtime. I shall make every effort to keep any downtime to a minimum.
13. Once I have received your submission and payment (if necessary), I shall make every effort to publish your image with description and link within 48 hours. Time to publish will depend on total number of pending submissions.
